Pricing depends on the panel type, components, quantities, engineering requirements, testing and delivery scope. Obtain a written quotation covering taxes, freight, installation, payment milestones and quotation validity where applicable.
Sending a WhatsApp message or receiving an automated website acknowledgement does not confirm price, payment receipt, production allocation or order acceptance.
04Technical specifications and changes
Provide accurate load details, supply voltage, installation environment, control logic, dimensions, drawings and applicable project standards. Final drawings and specifications should be agreed in writing before manufacture.
Changes requested after approval may affect cost and completion dates. Any revised scope, price and schedule should be confirmed in writing.
05Delivery, installation and acceptance
Manufacturing and delivery schedules are confirmed for each order and depend on the agreed scope, approvals and component availability. Website examples are not delivery commitments.
Confirm whether transport, unloading, installation, commissioning, testing and documentation are included. Electrical installation and operation must be handled by appropriately qualified personnel following the supplied instructions and applicable requirements.
